Developer Support

High performing organisations give their developers self-service access to cloud resources. Your developers are experts in writing code to deliver business value and will occasionally need specialist help in making the best use of AWS services.

We’ll provide a shared Slack channel for your team to talk to our cloud experts during office hours. We’ll run regular surgery hours too if you need more face to face or whiteboard time. You’re not limited to a particular number of hours, or number of questions, we’re here to help when you need it.

The Scale Factory Academy

Your team will have access to all of our hands-on training workshops run through the Scale Factory Academy

We’ll teach your teams the fundamentals they need to be productive on the AWS cloud, as well as more advanced skills specific to individual AWS services. Let us skill up your people.

Incident Support

From time to time, things can go wrong. When they do, you need to know that there are experts on hand to help your team troubleshoot and solve problems.

We’re available 24x7 by support ticket or on the phone, to get you up and running again, and to offer advice on how to avoid similar problems in future.

Regular Checkup

One of our consultants will visit you periodically in order to stay up to date with your plans, review any architectural changes you have in mind, and to keep you updated on industry trends.

Costs For Support Services

We charge a base fee of £1,999/month, plus £375/month per engineer.

Discounts are available for an annual commitment.
